Associate Lawyer
Rachel is an associate lawyer at BARTLAW LLP and barrister and solicitor in Toronto, Ontario.
Rachel has a particular interest in Federal Court litigation files, refugee claims, and inadmissibility matters. She was called to the bar in Ontario in June 2023 after graduating in the top 4% of her class at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022. Rachel has practised exclusively in the area of Canadian immigration and citizenship law and has significant experience appearing before the Federal Court, immigration- and refugee-related administrative tribunals, and Canada Border Services Agency on behalf of clients. Rachel has assisted clients with a wide variety of matters, including humanitarian and compassionate permanent residence applications, temporary resident visa applications, refugee claims, family sponsorship applications, and responses to allegations of inadmissibility.
Prior to entering law school, Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, concentrating within the field of psychology.
