Express Entry Update

On March 4th 2020, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued another round of invitations to apply for permanent residence under the Express Entry system. The minimum score selected in this draw was 471, an increase of 1 point from the previous draw on held on February 19th 2020.

Fewer candidates were invited in this week’s draw. 3,900 invitations were issued, down from the 4,500 invitations issued in the February 19th round. The total number of candidates in the Express Entry pool continues to increase, with a total of 145,436 candidates in the pool as of March 3rd 2020.
