Since joining BARTLAW LLP in December of 2015, Annsley has practiced exclusively in the area of Canadian immigration and citizenship law. Annsley’s practice area is primarily focused on corporate immigration matters, with emphasis on intra-company transfers, professionals, and work permit-exempt applications. In addition, Annsley assists clients with a range of temporary residence matters, including open work permits, visitor visas, and overcoming criminal inadmissibility. Annsley has written immigration law articles for rated ABA and AILA publications and contributed to a reference guide Baker McKenzie Link (online resource – 2018 to present) since joining BARTLAW, writing on topics ranging from immigration criminal admissibility to temporary work permits and business immigration laws.
