Jacqueline Bart, Managing Partner of BARTLAW LLP, received the 2024 Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, celebrating how Windsor Law’s alumni are advancing justice, shaping the legal profession and giving back to their communities.

Oliver Mao, Director of Foreign Worker Programs at BARTLAW LLP, served as the moderator for a panel entitled “Inside IRCC’s Digital Overhaul: AI Strategy, Portals and What Lawyers Need to Know” at the CBA Immigration Law Conference on Friday, June 6, 2025. The panel discussed IRCC’s evolving use of AI and the creation of AI strategy, with a focus on key AI prototypes and the new Digital Platform Modernization (DPM).
