Invitations were issued to candidates in all occupations, and under all Express Entry programs, including the Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, Provincial Nominee Program, and Canadian Experience Class.  This draw invited 1,325 candidates to apply, and the minimum score required for selection was 542 points.

On December 19, 2023, IRCC issued a round of category-based selection invitations to candidates with work experience in trade occupations. Selected occupations included electricians, plumbers, carpenters, machine fitters, and welders, among others. This draw invited 1,000 candidates to apply, and the minimum score required for selection was 425 points.

On December 20, 2023, IRCC issued a round of category-based selection invitations to candidates with work experience in transport occupations. Selected occupations included transport truck drivers, deck officers, managers in transportation, and air and railway traffic controllers, among others. This draw invited 670 candidates to apply. On December 21, 2023, IRCC issued a round of category-based selection invitations to candidates with experience in Agriculture and agri-food occupations. The selected occupations were butchers, agricultural service contractors and farm supervisors, and contractors and supervisors, landscaping, grounds maintenance and horticulture services.
